END USER LICENSE AND SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any of our vehicles' onboard systems, downloading or using our mobile app, visiting our website, registering for service appointments, or engaging in any digital interaction with Daksho MG Motors, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

2. Scope of Agreement

This Agreement governs:

• The use of vehicle-integrated systems, infotainment units, telematics, and other digital interfaces.
• Access to the Daksho MG Motors mobile application (if applicable).
• Use of any online or digital platform operated by Daksho MG Motors.
• Software updates, diagnostic tools, and remote services available through Daksho MG Motors.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Daksho MG Motors grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the software and Services solely for personal, non-commercial use in connection with your MG vehicle.

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Sell, sublicense, lease, or distribute the software to any third party.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices embedded in the software.

4. Use of Services

You agree not to use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the system, or interfere with any other user's enjoyment of the Services. Prohibited activities include:

• Unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
• Interference with network security or data integrity.
• Transmission of viruses, malware, or other harmful components.

5. Data Privacy and Usage

By using the Services, you consent to the collection, processing, and transmission of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes vehicle usage data, location information, driver behavior, and contact details necessary for providing services, diagnostics, maintenance alerts, and customer support.

We may share anonymized or aggregated data with third parties for research, analytical, or improvement purposes.

6. Service Warranty and Limitation

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Daksho MG Motors does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.

In no event shall Daksho MG Motors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

7. Vehicle Connectivity and Updates

Certain Services require internet connectivity and may be subject to interruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, or changes in technology. Daksho MG Motors reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Services at any time without prior notice.

Software updates are intended to improve performance, functionality, and safety. We recommend timely installation of updates to ensure optimal experience.

8. Termination

Daksho MG Motors may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated this Agreement, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bhutan. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thimphu, Bhutan.
